Retreive custom field instead of title

Hello,
Love you’re plugin and it is exactly what I’m looking for.
I do have a small question though; is it possible to retreive a custom field instead of the Post title? I made a custom field called “alternative_t” (done with ACF plugin) and want to display that instead of the default post title.
Any idea how? Thank you for your time.
