Too frustrating using BPS. I’ve spent too much time and money attempting to get this to work and now my entire site is broken. This is what I am getting Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. All these BPS folders, permissions and htaccess files are driving me crazy. My quarantine log and files would not restore OR erase. This is unbelieveable. If someone can help me just get my site back to the way it was BEFORE I installed BPS, that would be great!

You don’t have permission to access /Tribyoot/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what is the right area?

I’m having the same problem after upgrading to the latest version of bps yesterday. The site was working fine prior to upgrading the plugin.
