Add Social Stickers to one page?

Hello,
I would like to add my social media icons to one page…not the whole site.
Currently, I dragged the widget to the “footer” and they are on the whole site…
but I want them to appear only on the “about” page.Do I have to put html code on the about page?
If so how do I obtain said code?Thank you and great plugin!
