invoice

Hello, i want to make an invoice so i need to get all the items in the cart, can someone tell me how to do it, its nessesary for my customer,

another thing is that i want to change to another page when checkout button is pressed not paypal but a page i have made myself, so i want checkout button to redirect to my custom page.
