Odd entry at bottom of list.

Not sure if this is plugin related but…
I have an odd entry at the end of my list..
the year “209” is being displaying with 1 post below it in October.
When i click October I get a “page not found”
I’ve looked within my posts for a post from the year ‘209’ but there is nothing there.
Any ideas how I can track this down?
