Image fade with excerpt showing

  • Hi All

    I’m displaying posts in a grid format and showing the image only. When hovering the title and excerpt then appear over the top.

    It works almost as expected. Just a couple of questions and maybe some advice on how to achieve please?
    1. Visually would it be better for the image to fade on hover and if so how would I implement please?
    2. I want the whole box to be a link so it can be clicked on hover. The title works this way. Is it possible to make the whole title and content to be links please?
