Embeded youtube video showing through popup in IE

Good old internet explorer…no issues in chrome and FF, but the youtube video I have embedded on the home page of my site is displaying on top of the displet popup box in IE. Here is a page in my test environment showing the issue (popup will fire after 2 seconds):

Any ideas on how to fix that?
