Form works, but title links to metro demo

I was able to make the form work with mail chimp, after reading other posts, but for some reason the code that I put in the title and “text to show before form” link to the sample metro demo code. They link to “https://demo.studiopress.com/metro/sample”. I’m kind of a wordspress newby and cannot figure out how to undo this. My website is https://www.aidasfantasies.com. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
