Selecting custom taxonomy returns no categories

    I’m developing a theme for a website on localhost. In this theme I’m trying to get the custom taxonomy categories listed using collapsing catergories plugin.

    When I select custom taxonomy and custom post type correctly in widget it returns no categories in sidebar. However, when I set the widget to use default categories and posts it works.

    I’ve tried after deactivating all other plugins but that is not going to solve this problem.

    I tried for about two hours now and I don’t wanna give up now as this plugin is all that I can dream of.

    Please help.

    This simply worked on live site. For some reason it didn’t work in localhost.
