I NEED HELP FAST!!!

I used this plugin before i noticed it was messing with my cubepoints donation module. when users searched for a member to donate to it showed the list of members, now it shows all the users as undefined and wont allow them to donate!!! but if i log in as admin i can see the list of users and donate perfectly fine!?!?!

i have deactivated the plugin, removed it, re installed wordpress, removed all database entries for the plugin, removed the entries from the htaccess file and the wp config and refreshed the database and the cache and still its not working!! WHAT HAS THIS PLUGIN DONE?!

I NEED A FIX FOR THIS FAST AS THE CUBEPOINTS IS A MAIN FEATURE WITHIN MY SITE.
