• Hi.
New to blogging and I have infection problems with malware. At the beginning my blog was online for a long time with zero protection and got infected (not clever I know). Since then I′ve been trying to solve the problem but without success. I would like to know what I′m doing wrong?
Here is what I′ve done the last couple of times.

As the blog was empty I erased the wordpress folder at the root then changed my host client and FTP passwords (to 15 randomly generated characters). I reinstalled WordPress from the host company, changed my Wordpres admin password to a strong one then used the plugin Better WP Security to consolidate all the weaknesses the blog had.
I then asked for another Google check and it said it was infected still.

So this time I erased everything from the host (as I had seen other files called wp something I hadn′t erased before ) apart from .ftpquota because it wouldn′t let me and did the exact same procedure as the paragraph before (password changes, reinstallation of WordPress etc…).
Now when I go to my website it says it can′t find the page and I can′t access the control panel. On my website I have a page from the host saying they′ve opened the domain in my name.

I contacted the online help but they keep sending me the same generic message about malware… to change passwords and stuff.

Do I do anything wrong? or do I just need to change host?
    website is https://www.toutethik.fr

Thanks a lot for your help.
    Laurent
