• Hi,

Thank you for great plugin, it’s really awesome.
I am curious if you are planning to add WYSIWYG editor as one of default widgets? I am planning to use plugin and modify it a little but if you plan to add this in future that would be great.
I try to install Black Studio TinyMCE widget. Page builder is showing widget but WYSIWYG editor isn’t showing, just regular textarea.
Did you test any of similar plugins maybe?

    Great plugin, really love it!

This is definitely high up on my list of priorities. I’m very actively developing Page Builder at the moment, so hopefully this feature will be ready in the next week or so.

That’s awesome! This plugin have great potential.

I am one of Themeforest authors and as dnp_theme mention in his topic, it would be great if we would be able to add shortcodes to builder in same way as widgets. Problem with widgets (in theme development) is that theme will be bloated with 10-15 custom widgets + default wordpress widgets. That would be a mess.

If we would have some “framework” similar to existing one you created for adding custom widgets but for shortcodes that would be greatly increase plugin usage in premium theme.

    Just my 2 cents.

Hi, I’m also looking forward to se the Page Builder with a WYSIWYG editor. Hope you are able to fix that soon.

    Amazing plugin!

How far away is this plugin with a WYSIWYG editor? Would really need one.

It’s high up on my list of priorities. I’m also going to see if I can work with one of the existing WYSIWYG widget plugins to see if we can get our plugins working together.

I can’t make any promises, but hopefully within the next few weeks.

Would love to know when you integrate the WYSIWYG editor.

    I’ll announce it on Twitter – https://twitter.com/siteorigin

I personally use this on a lot of the new sites I have been developing. I use Ultimate TinyMCE as well as the widget one. Hearing this got me excited!

I tested plugin with “Black Studio TinyMCE” as Greg says it’s compatible from version 1.2.1. but it’s not working. Anyone tried this?

Unfortunately 1.2.1 of Black Studio TinyMCE hasn’t been released yet. I have their development version, which is working perfectly, but they still have 1.2.0 in the plugin directory. I’m sure they’ll release 1.2.1 soon.

Marco, the plugin author, said that I could bundle his widget into Page Builder. Seen as most people would want a TinyMCE editor, I might actually do this in the next version.

Thanks Greg, that would be great.

I actually thought that Black Studio TinyMCE is working with Page Builder v1.2.1
    My bad ??

Oh right, poor wording on my behalf ??
