Attendance Intentions

I run a WordPress website relating to a model aeroplane club. Members have asked if it is possible to install a page that would enable them as individuals to indicate whether or no they will be present at the club flying site on a particular day – typically on a Sunday. At the moment we use the telephone, but this is time consuming and not very convenient.
This need not be an elaborate plugin and embody the ability to simply open the website on the appropriate page and possibly just tick a box adjacent to a nickname. I could list the names on the page and clear the ticks on the following day.
Can anyone recommend a plugin that would facilitate such attendance intentions?
