Secure login

Not sure what you mean by use https, but I can add a feature that will only show the login box if the page is an https page.

The thing I was suggesting, just security wise, is when a user comes to your site and types in their user and password that it is encrypted so hackers can’t steal them. For instance on Ebay on the front page you can not sign in. It has a “sign in” and “register” link that take you to secured pages. Your clients sees too that it takes you to a secure page and they have more confidence in registering to your site. Your register page is already good because you can customize the link. I think the simplest way would be to replace the user and password box with a “sign in” customizable link.
The way you have it now is more convenient, but it needs to be secure.
