Automatically # appends to permalinks while redirection

i have a site herehttps://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/
Now when i click any other link the # tags is being appended on to the link
Eg: https://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/#/?page_id=6so i want to remove that appending of #
can anyone help me here.the link works if u remove the # tag
eg:https://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/?page_id=6
