HTML5 jQuery Audio Player Pro has stopped working

hi there , really like this plugin and it was working fine a little while ago but now it has stopped displaying covers and playing audio, i have disabled all other plugins and reverted to 2011 theme but with no luck, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we have spent a lot of time creating multiple playlists, the theme we are using is musicpro
