Comments do not display properly. any page that it is generally a content comment

it looks like a jquery conflict with your theme , its very hard for me to tell with not understanding the content of the page thus not certain how the theme should flow.

With that said , its covered in the first question on the FAQ with steps you can try to do and fix your theme, if not you may want to contact the developers for that theme and see if they can change the way jQuery is loading to its using the one supplied in wordpress 3.3+
