    Hi manouille,

    That option is no longer necessary because now the plugin can detect the right list to filter.

    Did you try to activate the default BuddyPress theme? If the search works with the default theme, have a look at the new plugin FAQ page, question 2.

    Please let me know if that doesn’t solve your problem.

    Apologies I turn under buddypress 1.6.2.

    I had not seen the new version was for buddypress 1.7
