Duplicates

You have the salesforce form on the thank you page, I suspect that is the reason behind the duplicate entries.

They are all different forms though?

Hmmm… then I’m not sure what is going on.

Usually, duplicates are caused by:

Same form in body and sidebar
Same form on thank you page

I do see that those are 14 and 15 respectively, so they shouldn’t submit each other;s data (if you’re on the latest version).

Can you try removing the form from the thank you page to see if that helps?

Is this a new issue, or has always happened?

Does disabling other plugins fix the duplicate issue?

Does the issue occur with a WP default theme?

This has always happened. Would it be because the thank you page has those little icons at the top that say “contact sales” and “request a demo.”

If I remove “the request a demo form” that follows our “request an eBook page” I will get 2 duplicates instead of three.

Icons don’t matter.

Something outside the plugin is causing the form to submit multiple times. Since removing the form on the thank you page only removes one duplicate, something else is also causing issues.

Question: Do you have jetpack installed?

Does disabling other plugins fix the duplicate issue? (if it’s a plugin conflict, I’d need to know which one)

Does the issue occur with a WP default theme? (if it’s a theme conflict, I’d need to know which theme you’re using).

I do have jetpack installed

I’m not exactly sure how to disable plugins so I’ll have to look into trouble shooting that way
