Bad Login Attempts and 404 Logs, 2nd page in pagination treated as a 404 by BWP

  • Not sure if this is the implementation of your plugin or not yet, but I got a call from a client wanting to see the most recent bad login attempts were saying he couldn’t. Then he was magically locked out.

    I went in to check and sure enough, he tripped the 404 trigger trying to review the 2nd page of bad logins.

    Why did this occur?

    Because the second page of logs on BWP not only won’t show up, but they are being treated as 404’s.
