Changed URL, now can't access WordPress

I have just started my WordPress journey, so downloaded WordPress on EZPZ hosting, created a site and then tried to send live by changing URLs in Settings to https://yourdomain.co.uk

Now I can’t access WordPress to change it back and don’t know what to do. Help. Please also explain how to send it live. I normally use a template site where I change nameservers to an IP address…
