RSS Multi-Feeder Not Working

Hello,
I uploaded the RSS multi-feeder and followed the installation instruction video that was on the support page. However, I keep getting this message: “There is a problem with the feeds you entered. Go to our support page and we’ll help you diagnose the problem.”
I am trying to have a different category feeding from another one of my websites.
