[Looking For] A plugin to allow client to upload files

The title says it all, I am looking for a plugin that allows clients/user of the site to upload files to our server/site..

I have tried but nothing to good, I have a plugin in place that makes it so when each user uploads a file it makes them their own folder, so that part is taken care of but I am hopping I can find a simple drag and drop kind of uploader.
