Mix and Match Case of 12 with 10% discount

I have 2 products with 2 variations each for a total of 4 prices. All of them I sell by the case for a 10% discount. I would like to offer a mix and match case where a customer can make a case of 12 with any number of those four sizes they want and get a 10% discount. How can I set this up with attributes and variations?
