**can not upload wordpress class-smtp.php

When i install wordpress 3.5.1 upload wordpress to web server
by File zilla 3.7.0.1
all file upload already but some are not such as

class-smtp.php

I upload to the other one web server it can not too.

Any idea. thank you.
