only show specific category post on homepage

Hello, I love magazino theme and it is cute and beautiful.
However, not all of my post have featured picture.
And I’d like my homepage beautiful that only show post has featured picture.

so I write post with pictures only in category “life”
and I’d like my homepage only show post under “life” category.

Is any simple way to modify the theme to do it?
