Creating a Bi-Lingual Blog

I would like to create a bi-lingual blog that will sory my posts by hebrew and english and will give each language a diffrent user interface, The only easy way I came up with sorting the posts by language is by the Catagories whith giving each post a addhesive catagory with its language.

Do you guys know of any other way of creating such Bi-subject/language blog which will be more easy to view and sort?
