Slider shows, but is blank

I just installed version 1.0.12 of Nextend Smart Slider Lite with WordPress 3.5.1. It shows in the administration dashboard, but when I click on the menu of the slider, the page opens blank. Any idea ?

I’ve installed 1.0.22 of Nextend Smart Slider Lite with wordpress 3.5.2 It’s a great dashboard and very easy to navigate and so I’ve managed to create a slider but I can find no instruction on how to actually put the thing on my website, get it to the frontend. Anyone know how to do this?
