Urls need to escaped

Sample W3C Validation error:

Line 219, Column 305: & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)

…/player.vimeo.com/video/61970109?api=1&player_id=vmcplayer1video1&color=00adef…

i.e. Always escape & as & in your templates.
