Random No Loading Page

That doesn’t seem to coincide with anything relating to the plugin.

Are you entirely sure that this is related to the plugin? When it happens, have you tried deactivating the plugin before you update the page?

I honestly have no idea why your content wouldn’t show one day, and then stop the next. If you could enable debug mode when it happens again, and see if there’s anything in the logs to suggest that an error is occurring. If it’s related to this plugin, send it along and I’ll fix whatever is erroring.

Basically, I need an error to fix before I could start to find this -assuming it’s definitely down to this plugin.

Hi, it started happening after installing the plugin. It was the only plugin I installed and started using recently.

When it happens again I’ll disable the plugin and see if that enables the page to load again.

The only thing I did after installing the plugin was to disable the cache.. though I don’t see how that would cause issues.

I really appreciate your reply back. I use the plugin on a different website without any issues.. it’s using the same theme, same version of WordPress and it’s even on the same server. It has no problems.

I’ll update when it happens again.

The best way to determine if the plugin is related to the issue is, as you say, disable it next it pops up.

So, it started happening on the 2nd website now.

It’s having the exact same problem. I go to the page where I have the shortcodes, by the way other pages on the site are fine, I go to the page and it proceeds to reload every second.. the page just reloads over and over again.

I disabled the plugin but that didn’t help. And then again I go to the page with the problem in wp-admin, I ‘update’ the page and then it loads fine again.

So two websites now with the same problem. ??

The first website it seems to happen randomly once a week and this other website it took a little longer, maybe a month. The first website has more traffic then the second.

This is the code I’m using minus the URLs and Images:

It seems to be working fine.. the problem is the random page loading issues. Any ideas?

By the way, I tested in two browsers. Once I saw the problem, I logged in and went to the page again with the issue, it loaded fine. However in the other browser, the browser I wasn’t logged in the page still wouldn’t load. It wasn’t until I went to the page in ‘wp-admin’ and physically updated it, did the page load in the second browser in which I wasn’t logged in.. if that makes sense.

I’m not sure if that helps or not but thought I would add it.

No one else is having this issue? It’s still happening, it seems to happen during the weekends for some reason, every weekend for the past few weeks, very weird.

Could a backup plugin mess it up? I also have a tracking script on the page.. any other solutions?

Sorry for the delay in getting back.

Given that you say if you disable the plugin, it doesn’t solve the issue, the issue isn’t with this particular plugin.

My guess is to take a look at a caching plugin if you’re using any. Next time it happens disable that. If that doesn’t fix it, keep disabling plugins until you find the one that’s causing your issue.

It’ll be a tricky one to track down, but all you can do is narrow it down until you find the culprit.
