Customize menu item

Good morning. I need help with my products menu.
Now is it https://www.bigeducacion.com/ and I would like to use the “original menu”, like this https://www.bigeducacion.com/menu/ but I don’t show all categories because they are too much. I would like to create drop-down lists but using “original menu” (categories are added automatically). What file I must edit? And where is the css file for change the menu styles?
