Theme not working in ie 7,8,10

Hi everyone, I am really racking my brain and can’t figure in out, so i would love if someone can point me in the right direction.

the site is: https://www.diamondmines.co.il/desktop/ it seems to work fine in Firefox and Chrome on both PC and Mac, but on ie it loads the first page, and then when you try to click to another page, it just gets stuck.

any idea to what is going on? please help
