Shortcodes don't work

    I’m using the plugin plus a contact form plugin that generates a shortcode for the contact form. When I insert the shortcode into the Coming Soon text editor it doesn’t use the shortcode. It just displays it as text.

    Is there a filter that can be added to the Coming Soon plugin? I would think this would be a pretty simple adjustment.

    I think I was trying to use a couple of different contact form plugins. Jetpack, cformII and others. Basically I just didn’t want to have a construction page saying coming soon. And I didn’t want to have to tie anything to RSS feeds. I just wanted something very simple. And that was add a contact form to the page that would allow visitors for the brief time that the site was under construction to submit an email through the page. That’s was all. I ended up just building a page from the theme I was using and built a construction page with a form in it that had no header, footer or other content. So I didn’t really need a plugin after all.
