permalink issue

Hello I’m having trouble on my woocommerce product permalink. when you enter a product it automatically scrolls to the bottom of the screen and it added extra filed in the URL (#tab-description).

if you remove #tab-description and refresh the page it will comeback in a second.
Please help. I’m struggling here for many days.
