strange 404 redirects

How to handle, if i get 404 redirects with increasingly slashes.
for example:
“/////////////http:\\/\\/domain.de\\/wp-admin\\/admin-ajax.php”
or
“///http:\\/\\/domain.de\\/wp-admin\\/admin-ajax.php”
