File Upload not appearing during Entry edit

Hey Matthew,

Can you please address the “File Upload” field not appearing when editing an Entry? This only occurs when a file was not uploaded initially.

Right now, I must submit an entirely new form which includes the uploaded files.

This entry editing feature is awesome, because it allows me to update each entry with info forgotten or erroneous entered amongst other things. It would be great to have the ability to add files that were forgotten originally.

Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication supporting this wonderful plugin.
