username and API key not accepted

  • Hi, just enrolled in premium account and purchased 500 credits. However I try to use your WP plugin which requires username and API key, but I keep getting the same message from this plugin “Please ensure that you have entered a valid username and API key: Username and API key required”. I try different API keys (used change API option). I tried at least 10 times, and it doesn’t accept it. Please help.
