LF make users post without admin panel

I’m looking for a way to make registered users make a blog post without ever seeing the wordpress admin pages. In other words, looking for a plugin that creates a custom “my account” and “post” page so users can add blogs front-end, in the installed theme.
Anyone knows if there’s a plug-in available for that action?
