Creating Marker cant assign layer

    I am creating new markers. Despite having 2 layers to choose from in Leaflet I can not use the pulldown menu to assign the markers as it just say there is no layers to assign to.

    Once I have created the marker I can though still in the tools assign the same marker to a layer.

    Seems to be a bug.

    Using WP 3.5.1 MAp marker 3.5.4

    Again in the general marker list and the function Bulk actions for selected markers when selecting assign to the following layer i am not able to choose anything than unassigned as the pull down aint populated.
