Doesn't work at all

I cannot get this plug-in to do anything. I installed it on a multi-blog network under the network dashboard and did network activate. When I go into the individual blogs the plug-in does not show up.

I also tried installing it on a single blog WordPress installation. When I click on settings on the plug-in page I get an error message that says “cannot load revisioner.php”.

On both of these installations they were installed from the dashboard.
