Hyperlink header image to another URL

I would like to link my header to another website. I implemented some other suggestions from the forum but doesn’t seem to work.
1) I replaced
<div id=”header”> with <div id=”header” onclick=”location.href=’https://www.smvgroup.com/#home&#8217;;” style=”cursor: pointer;”>
2)general, this part is defining the link: “>
