• Hi, My client is considering whether to buy Pro WP-CRM but we need to understand a feature before we can decide.

According to this page https://usabilitydynamics.com/tutorials/wp-crm/wp-crm-data-setting-tab/ it should be possible to set a field to “Overview column” and then filter by that field. Perfect for us.

“If Overview Column is selected, it gives you the freedom to filter users based on that attribute. E.g. Product type can be an attribute that has overview column checked. Then while looking at you list of users, you can quickly filter them based on which of your products they are using.”

However, in practice the only way I can find to filter the data is the “Actions” column on the right. The fields in that column are in fact *not* determined by the “Overview column” setting on the data page, but are simply the first 5 occurring columns on the Data tab. We need the ability to filter by more than only 5 possible data points.

What am I missing? We need this to work before we’ll consider purchasing the Member Groups Email premium function.

Hi, should I word this question a different way? Is it not clear?

These guys have answered zero of their support requests in the last two months too.

Kind of tells you something about the quality and support of the plugin, heh? I’d look for something else (which I am).
