Need help in categories display layout

Hi, I am trying to use this plugin on my website;
https://www.GTAville.com;I have more than 200 categories for my website and don’t want to use sub-categories option. I want to group the categories and display in different groupings i.e. Automotive, Education, Appliances etc etc. Under each group, all the related categories needs to be displayed.
Looking some sort of idea from this website;
