    umm, some actual error messages would be useful. and read the sticky thread at the top of this forum for more information that would be useful

    ok, problem is with my hosting… exec function is not allowed… ?? any suggestion? I really need to optimize my gallery (I use nextgen)

    get a new webhost, or try and cope with WP Smush.it (they have an add-on plugin for nextgen)
