    I am using SimpleSAMLPHP 1.10.0. Yes, the www folder must be accessible, because that is where the metadata and assertion consumer scripts reside. I also plan to incorporate 1.11.0 when it is eventually released.

    Here is a summary of changes:
    * Removed unused modules/metadata files such as ADFS, WS-Fed, Shibboleth.
    * Modified various “include” files to also load the WP Bootstrap.
    * Modified config/authsources.php to read from the wp_options table.
    * Modified metadata/saml20-idp-remote.php to read from an INI file that this plugin writes to.
    * (slightly) randomized the admin login, since it does not need to be used in conjunction with the plugin
