Sending email not working

Could you try resaving the premalinks in WordPress and see if that fixes it.

Hi Josh, i did try resaving the permalinks and still it did not work. i will send you the screen shot of the error i’m receiving . thank you so much for your help ??

Someone else had luck deactivating and deactivating the plugin. Re-save permalinks after deactivating and after deactivating if you still get same message.

Send the support info too if this doesn’t work.

There is a new version out which may address these issues. There is also a new KB article that may help. Try updating the plug-in and review this KB article if it does not help.
