Additional questions in the multi register area

  • This plug-inseems to be what I am looking for to handle our two or three non-profit events at our church. My question has to do with when multiple attendees are selected and you go to fill out the form the only attendee specific questions that show up are first and last name. I would like to add a question for birthdate and shirt size in the multiple registration area. Is that possible? If so, how?
    Our site isn’t live yet so I don’t have a link.
