Error loading player: No playable sources found works in firefox not IE10

Do you have Flash installed for IE?

Yes Flash is installed for IE (latest version). I figured it out, I was able to use html5 and an mp4 file and it plays. The only issue I have now is that you have to press twice to get it to play. Any ideas for a fix for having to press play twice?

This only happens in IE and all other browsers seem to work fine.

Set the default mode in your admin to Flash.

Im getting the same error message but in different browsers. It doesn’t work in FF, Safari or Chrome. Was the only resolution to fiddle with the Flash/HTML5 setting?

Yes, this fixed it for IE 10 but it does not seem to work for IE 9 or 8.
