    I can’t help without more info. What version of the plugin are you using (and do not say “the latest”)? There’s a whole bunch of info printed for you if you click the “Report a Bug” link at the bottom of any CCTM screen. I suspect you’re using an older version and updating to a newer version of the CCTM will fix your problem.
