Pop-up Not Working

Could you please provide some more info about the way you have configured the plugin? What rules have you selected for the pop-up to appear?

I have tried a variety of combinations with none of them working, but this is how it is setup currently: https://cl.ly/image/3Y1z011j382b.

Your theme is using a reaaally old version of jQuery (1.5.1).
I suspect that this is the cause of your issue as the Pop-Up can’t be loaded.

Which version would you include? I have 1.10.1 and it still doesn’t seem to be working.

Out of curiosity, what was the issue?

No problem. The theme was missing the call for wp_footer, which obviously was/is necessary to run a plugin like WordPress Pop-up. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the update! Yes, wp_footer is necessary to add scripts on the footer of the page.
